LMTD initiated a crew-profile series for Etihad Airways, featuring captivating personal profiles of real-life crew members.

Coinciding with the launch of Etihad’s very first A380 aircraft, the series was an instant hit organically on social media, generating engagement for both new product and service offerings, as well as interest in recruitment opportunities.

Continuing the series 6 months later, LMTD sent a small team to Milan, Italy, to profile a in-flight chef currently in situ at the 2015 Milan Expo. Shot over 3 days, this video blended a montage of personal and professional, old and new culinary practices, and the human touch that each crew member brings to the service offering as part of the Etihad team.
